Origami for Brain Health

Want to learn how to exercise your fine motor skills by folding paper? Origami is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful objects. Join us to learn more about Origami and to try your hand at it. We’ll also discuss how hands on activities like Origami helps to engage the brain in new ways and keep it healthy, and share library resources for brain health.

This class is free and open to the public. Seating space is limited to adults. Registration is required. Origami paper will be provided for participants. The library welcomes people of all abilities to programs. If you think you may need special accommodations, please contact us early for assistance, and we will do our best to provide the requested services.

This event will be provided virtually through Zoom. Registrants must provide an email address to participate in the event. A link will be provided for registrants the morning of the program.
