Teen Palentines Day Out at the Library

Description

Teen sons and daughters along with their Palentine (parent/grandparent/adult mentor) are invited to an afternoon at the library where you will:

  • Sit in on a Dating Safety seminar presented by Community Partner Safe Harbor Northshore (February is National Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Month)
  • Discover Relaxation Strategies session presented by Community Partner STPH Parenting Center
  • Enjoy a chocolate tasting session presented by Mandeville's Dip It Chocolates
  • Learn top 10 tips about your library presented by your friendly Teen Librarians

Lunch will be served.  

This is event is free.  Online registration is required.  When registering, please only register the teen's name. 

 Limit is 15 teens ages 12 - 17.  Teen must come to the event accompanied by their Palentine adult.  This is NOT a drop-in event.  Attendees are required to stay for the duration of the event.
