Though not as exciting as the original Gone series, I still really enjoyed Michael Grant's writing. My favourite part of the Gone series was that it starred only children, so this book didn't appeal to that. Lost my interest around the first quarter of the book, but when I got back into it, I was really swept up. My favourite part was the very last sentence, where one of my favourite characters from the Gone series, makes an exciting entrance. Thus, I now must read the next book!
