A good story with engaging characters. Nice to see the interaction between older and younger generations and Diesel, the Maine Coone cat, was delightful. My only complaint is that the ending seemed very rushed.

excellent beginning to a new series by Miranda James. The animals on the cover only appear briefly but one looks forward to them taking on more of a feature role as the series continues.
