In this memoir, actress, Mariel Hemingway tries to come to terms about her dysfunctional family members and all of the many problems that have come up over the years.

For the most part - I'd say that "Out Came The Sun" was a worthwhile read.

This book also includes a 16-page photo gallery.

In "Out Came The Sun" actress, Mariel Hemingway (granddaughter of famed novelist, Ernest Hemingway) talks quite frankly and unashamedly about the highs, the lows, the triumphs, and the tragedies of living in a very unhealthy family environment where it seems that the emotional cripples were the ones who dominated the overall landscape.

I think the "Out Came The Sun" is certainly worth a read for anyone who might be under the impression that if you're a celebrity (or from a family of privilege) the grass is always greener.

I found this a really good read. Very informative and very revealing into her private family life. I hope she finds happiness in this 2nd marriage.
