I read an interview with this author, and this book will be historically quite, quite disappointing, as it does not explain Burr's criminal background fully [biggest scammer who ever lived, wrote in a lengthy clause into New York's utility legislation granting Burr the only right to charter a bank in perpetuity!] and doesn't connect the previous duel which killed Hamilton's son with Burr's cronies. Such sloppy work should never be condoned!
