Star Wars
Star Wars From A Certain Point of View Book - 2017

What a fun adventure! I don't normally read short stories, but since these followed the singular plot of "A New Hope," it was much more cohesive and enjoyable. Some of these perspectives were just wildly inventive, humorous, and insightful. I learned a lot more about the Star Wars universe (I'm totally ready for trivia night!) and the stories added a lot of depth to the movie. I would happily read another of these for the other episodes.
Standout stories:
"Stories in the Sand" by Griffin McElroy
"Not for Nothing" by Mur Lafferty
"The Secrets of Long Snoot" by Delilah S. Dawson
"Born in the Storm" by Daniel Jose Older
"Laina" by Wil Wheaton
"Of MSE-6 and Men" by Glen Weldon
"The Baptist" by Nnedi Okorafor
"The Angle" by Charles Soule
"Whills" by Tom Angleberger
