Bubble Meditation
Bubble Meditation or Bubble Mind is a program for adults that introduces mindfulness practices through the playful activity of giant bubble making. Participants will learn several mindfulness techniques and explore their benefits for focus, relaxation, and emotional awareness. Through breathing exercises, visualization, and mind–body awareness, the simple act of creating bubbles becomes a tool for slowing down, tuning in, and being present in the moment.
Participants should dress for outdoor comfort and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
This is an adult program.
